Your rental includes a prepaid return envelope for Switzerland. Just pack the router and all accessories into the slim travel pouch, slide the black pouch into the grey return envelope, seal it and drop it off at the location that’s most convenient for you:
1. Swiss Post Mailbox 📮
Just find a nearby Swiss Post mailbox and drop in your Wifio Pocket WiFi using the prepaid return envelope, that’s it! Look for the yellow mailboxes in cities, at train stations, and airports.
2. Swiss Post Office 🏤
Prefer a personal touch? Head to any Swiss Post office, hand over the prepaid envelope at the counter, and they’ll take care of the rest.
3. Rental Location Drop-Off 📍
If you’re near one of our rental locations, including Zurich Airport (Service & Infodesk at Arrival 2) or Zurich Main Train Station (Tourist Information Center), feel free to return your device there. It’s quick, easy, and lets you squeeze in a last-minute drop it off with the staff there!
