Returning your device is easy, whether you're in Switzerland or abroad.
🇨🇭 Within Switzerland
Use the prepaid return envelope included with your device.
Drop it off at any Swiss Post office or letterbox.
Or return it at one of our Wifio rental locations (

🌍 From Outside Switzerland
We work with FedEx for hassle-free international returns from:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, UAE, UK, USA
✈ Option 1: Delivered to a private address or hotel
A prepaid return label is included in your pouch.
Place the device, cable, and plug back in the pouch, seal it in the return envelope, and hand it to FedEx at the pickup time you selected during booking.
If you're not there, please inform hotel staff to pass it to the driver.
🏪 Option 2: Picked up from a reseller
(e.g., Zurich Airport or Zurich Tourist Info at Main Station)
We’ll email you the FedEx return label.
Print it, attach it to the envelope, and give it to FedEx at the time selected during booking.
If returning from a hotel, let the staff know in advance.
⚠ Important:
Returns from the USA, Canada, UK, or UAE are only possible if the device was originally shipped to that country.
