A prepaid return label is included in your pouch. Place the device, cable, and plug back in the pouch, seal it in the return envelope, and hand it to FedEx at the pickup time you selected during booking. If you're not there, please inform hotel staff to pass it to the driver.🏪 Option 2: Picked up from a reseller (e.g., Zurich Airport or Zurich Tourist Info at Main Station)
